Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
We are an OEM factory, so we do not have off-the-shelf products or molds in our factory. All the plastic products on our website just show that we can customize similar crafted products. If you can provide a design, we can help you make the product.
Q:What is your policy of sample fee?
A:For existing samples, we can send you free of charge, but the courier fee will be paid by you; for customized samples, you should pay the sample fee (depending on the sample design and logo as well as the courier fee).
