Q:What is process of products?
first: provide 2D, 3D, samples, or the size of the multi-angle pictures to us.second:after your confirmation, we will start making mould.third:after mold finished, we will send pre-production samples to you.fourth:after you confirmed pre-production samples, then we will start mass production. Step by step. so the shape you don’t need worry.
Q:What is your policy of sample fee?
A:For existing sample, we can send it to you for free,but the express charge should  pay for by your side; for customized sample that you should pay for sample cost(depend on the sample design and logo & express charge.
Q:If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A:Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
