Q:What is your policy of sample fee?
A:For existing sample, we can send it to you for free,but the express charge should  pay for by your side; for customized sample that you should pay for sample cost(depend on the sample design and logo & express charge.
 Q:If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A:Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
 Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
We are OEM factory,so there are no existing products or mold in our factory.All plastic products in our website just indicate we can custom made similar craft products.If you can provide a design, we can help you make products.
Q:Pricing lead time, and do you have the price catalogue for checking?
A:As all products are custom made per your design,we don’t have price list for reference.
Q:What is process of products?
first: provide 2D, 3D, samples, or the size of the multi-angle pictures to us.
second:after your confirmation, we will start making mould.
third:after mold finished, we will send pre-production samples to you.
fourth:after you confirmed pre-production samples, then we will start mass production. Step by step. so the shape you don’t need worry.
