Q: what is process of products?
First: provide 2D, 3D, samples, or the size of the multi-angle pictures to us.
Second:after your confirmation, we will start making mould.
Third:after mold finished, we will send pre-production samples to you.
Fourth:after you confirmed pre-production samples, then we will start mass production. Step by step. so the shape you don’t need worry.
Q: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?
A:Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
Q:Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box?
