Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
We are OEM factory,so there are no existing products or mold in our factory.All plastic products in our website just indicate we can custom made similar craft products.If you can provide a design, we can help you make products.
Q:What is your policy of sample fee?
A:For existing sample, we can send it to you for free,but the express charge should  pay for by your side; for customized sample that you should pay for sample cost(depend on the sample design and logo & express charge.
